My tui log in offered me a colloseum excursion however it did not detail that it was an eu citizen spanish tour. I am not that demagraphic and would not have booked it if the information was provided! I booked it under the impression that the tour will enable us to enter the colosseum only to be turned away at enty because we are not eu citizens. We called tui uk twice who said they cannot do anything. Therefore we didnt do the excursion, losing money and disappointing my son immensely!
