Erlebnisse in Alcázar von Sevilla
Mitten im Herzen von Sevilla gelegen, ist der Königliche Alcázar eine der meistbesuchten Sehenswürdigkeiten Spaniens. Der Alcázar umfasst einen Palastkomplex, der von einer Mauer umgeben wird, direkt neben der Kathedrale und dem Archivo General de Indias. Im Jahr 1987 wurde der Palast zum UNESCO Weltkulturerbe erklärt. An der Grenze zur Casco Antiguo (Altstadt) gelegen, wurde der Alcázar von dem Kalifen Abd ar-Rahman III. in Auftrag gegeben, um als Regierungszentrum Sevillas zu dienen. Der Palast wurde auf einer alten westgotischen Siedlung errichtet, welche wiederum eine alte römische Siedung war. Im Jahr 1248, nach der Eroberung von Sevilla durch Fernando III., wurde der Königliche Alcázar zu einem Königspalast (entspricht dem heutigen Status) umgebaut, um danach von seinem Sohn Alfonso X. ausgebaut zu werden, er erhielt die existierenden Strukturen und gab den Bau des gotischen Schlosses in Auftrag. Im Jahre 1364 soll Pedro I. der Wegbereiter für den Mudejarpalast gewesen sein, einer der sehenswertesten Teile des Komplexes.
Das Gelände repräsentiert den ältesten, heute noch genutzten königlichen Palast in Europa, da dieser bis vor kurzem noch den Mitgliedern der spanischen Königsfamilie und Staatsoberhäuptern bei ihrem Besuche in der Stadt als Wohnsitz diente. Wenn Sie den Alcázar besuchen, dann lassen Sie sich nicht die Gelegenheit entgehen, einen Spaziergang durch die Gärten zu unternehmen, wo Sie die Merkmale von Arabischen, Renaissance und Modernen Gärten bewundern können. Die Gärten sind in Terrassen unterteilt, mit lebendiger Vegetation, unzähligen Orangenbäumen und Palmen, Brunnen und Pavillons.

“+: Tour in deutsch, Info zu Treffpunkt, WhatsApp Kontakt relativ schnell und einfach, kann allerdings auch nicht weiterhelfen bzgl Eintrittszeit -: Ticket erst 1 Tag vorher, Eintriitszeit 1h später als gebucht, damit nur 2h und zu wenig Zeit, um alles in Ruhe zu besichtigen und vor allem den Garten zu genießen, da danach Eintritt für die Kathedrale gebucht. Guide erwähnt z. T. viele mir unbekannte Namen, mehr Infos zu Architektur und deren Merkmalen besser”
