Begin your journey in the heart of Berlin, departing from Alexanderplatz on a comfortable bus that will take you directly to the former Sachsenhausen concentration camp. During the ride, a professional guide will provide you with the necessary context to understand the historical significance of the site you are about to visit.
Once in Sachsenhausen, you'll take a guided walking tour where you'll gain an in-depth understanding of the camp's history, its role during the Nazi regime, and the experiences of the thousands of prisoners who passed through it. The tour is conducted with the utmost respect and is designed to offer an informative, moving, and reflective experience.
At the end of the visit, the bus will take you back to Berlin, where you'll enjoy a panoramic tour of the East Side Gallery area. From the bus, you’ll be able to view this iconic stretch of the Berlin Wall, now transformed into an open-air gallery featuring murals by artists from around the world celebrating freedom and reunification.
The tour concludes next to the Berlin Story Bunker, an exhibition space that powerfully tells the story of Berlin in the 20th century, including the rise of Nazism, World War II, and a reconstruction of Hitler's bunker. If you’ve selected the option with entrance included, you’ll be able to access the bunker and explore it at your own pace, completing a day focused on historical memory and a deeper understanding of Germany’s recent past.
